Metallica made a duet with Lady Gaga on the night we passed at the 59th Grammy Awards ceremony. Together they played “Moth Into Flame” and James Hetfield’s mic was completely off. Due to technical problems, this show has caused great repercussions all over the world. Metallica fans have criticized Grammy very seriously.

Metallica’s Romanian Fan Club, “RoLoad” shared the professional shooting video of this performance. In this video, James’s voice is heard perfectly. RoLoad Facebook page noted that “web feed was fine only the TV broadcast had problems for some reason”.

There are people claiming that the following video is montage. We don’t know exactly what to believe. If you look at James’s reaction, it’s obvious there’s a serious problem. But when I look at this video, I get confused.

What are you thinking?

Seriously? All Signals from Stage are being put into a Splitter – At Least 1 Input–>3 Outputs per Channel. From there, the Signals are sent via Multicores seperately to the Front of House Desk (Crowd), Monitoring on Stage, (another Desk), Broadcast-Vans (a third Desk). If something is wrong inside the Splitter or wiring, You might get a Problem somewhere in the Chain of Deceivers while one or two others might work perfect.
