The singer of Twisted Sister, Dee Snider posted a new tweet on his official social media page and revealed a never told-before truth about AC/DC, before the tragic death of Malcolm Young.
Everything started with the tweet of the fan who thought that Malcolm Young is sick, rather than death.
Here’s the what a fan named Amber Hice tweeted:
“That would be great but isn’t the one guy from AC/DC sick?”
After sending his condolences to Malcolm Young, Dee Snider has revealed an unknown truth about AC/DC and revealed that the band members were together at the studio to record new tracks before Young’s death.
Here’s what he wrote:
“He died. RIP Malcolm Young. But all four surviving members have reunited WITH tracks recorded by Malcolm while he was still alive.
Malcolm’s nephew Stevie Young is replacing him (he’s done this a couple of times before). It’s as close as you can get to the original band. @acdc.”
A user named Thomason commented:
“Cue all the fools that are going to pontificate about it not being the real thing anymore and blah blah.
Seems every band that loses a long-standing member has to deal with these types. It garages my mellow.”
Another user named Pol Mac Gaiothin said that:
“I love AC/DC Dee but I think I’ll sit this tour out, see nothing new the last 2 times I have seen them just the same material, I’ll still buy the album though.
Would rather see the might Dee Snider play a gig in Belfast though!”
