Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee‘s wife and famous social media influencer Brittany Furlan Lee shared the video a fan posted via Instagram stories and revealed she was actually played in the band’s biopic ‘The Dirt.’
As you might remember, the famous heavy metal band Mötley Crüe released their biographical film, ‘The Dirt,’ digitally on Netflix on March 22, 2019. The personal lifes of the band members, Nikki Sixx, Tommy Lee, Vince Neil, and Mick Mars described in the film as well as the developments during their music career. The film gained huge success and even led to the band’s backing down from their cessation of touring decisions.
Recently on Instagram, a Mötley Crüe fan posted a short video from the openning scene of ‘The Dirt.’ In the video, a young woman approaches the lead guitarist of the band, Mick Mars, and asks him whether he is in the band. The fan stated that even though she watched the film several times, this was the first time she realized the woman in the scene was actually Tommy Lee’s wife Brittany Furlan Lee.
Here’s what the Mötley Crüe fan stated in the video she posted:
“100th time watching The Dirt and only realizing that is Brittany Furlan.”
Brittany also shared the video via Instagram stories, yet she didn’t make any further comments. The fact that she posted the video made the fans think Brittany confirmed the claims about her playing in the Mötley Crüe biopic.
