The phenomenal Australian rock band, AC/DC, has taken over their social media accounts to announce the title of their highly-anticipated album, as well as the lineup, which has been an object of curiosity due to the rumors surrounding Axl Rose and Brian Johnson.

The legendary band has been implying through quite exciting news that they’re getting ready for a huge comeback to the industry 6 years after their last studio album, ‘Rock or Bust.’ As you may know, the expectation of a new project from the band has been growing since 2018.

The speculation of the fans began when the former members of AC/DC, Johnson and Rudd, were seen near The Warehouse Studio in August 2018. As it was thought that Axl Rose may return to the band as the vocalist, this appearance confused the majority of people.

Later in February 2020, Twisted Sister frontman Dee Snider claimed that Brian Johnson returned to the band and they were in the process of recording a new album with him.

Most recently, AC/DC has reactivated their social media pages and posted a teaser, in which their lightning bolt logo being switched on. Right after the update, the band has given half-page advertisements to the local newspapers in the UK including the question, ‘Are you ready?’ above the title of the album, ‘PWR-UP.’

In addition to this extensive promotion act in the newspapers, AC/DC found a quite meaningful way to announce their upcoming album. The same title, ‘PWR-UP,’ appeared earlier this week on a poster outside Angus Young’s old high school, Ashfield Boys, in southwest Sydney.

Lastly, the band has revealed one of the most wondered issues about their upcoming album, as well. In the latest post of the band on their social media pages, the lineup has been unveiled.

It was officially confirmed that the departed members, Brian Johnson, Phil Rudd, and Cliff Williams returned to AC/DC years after, alongside the original guitarists, Angus and Stevie Young.
