Queen’s touring frontman Adam Lambert shared a video on his official Instagram story revealing that his foundation named ‘Feel Something Foundation’ collaborated with Los Angeles LGBTQ+ Center to support the LGBTQ+ community for the holiday.
As many of you might know, Adam Lambert is a huge supporter of the LGBTQ+ community. He even launched a foundation named ‘Feel Something Foundation’ to support charities that aim to create change in the LGBTQ+ community, including the lack of education, homelessness, suicide prevention, and more.
Adam Lambert recently shared a video on his official Instagram stories from Feel Something Foundation‘s official Instagram page. In the video, he announced that he will be supporting the Los Angeles LGBT Center with a donation gift in order to help those in need, especially in the holiday season.
Lambert also praised the Los Angeles LGBT Center due to their inspiring programs which aim to help the LGBTQ+ community with education, healthcare, and to provide them houses. In addition to this, Lambert stressed the importance of donation and encouraged his fans to help those who are most vulnerable.
Here is what Adam Lambert stated in the video he posted:
“This holiday season is unlike any other that we’ve faced in our nation’s history. Our community is battling for access to the things that matter the most, food, sanctuary, a welcoming smile, and the knowledge that they are not alone while we must remain apart. During this time, the Los Angeles LGBT Center continues to rise its efforts to spread love and joy this holiday season.
I am proud to partner the Feel Something Foundation with an organization that understands the power of committing our hearts to other’s security and happiness. The center is spreading the love and joy with a number of remarkable programs that have never been more critical. They continue to house hundreds of youth and seniors who were otherwise alone.”
“Their ever-vigilant staff are actively seeking out LGBTQ homeless youth on the streets and connecting them with the safety they deserve. Moreover, the center’s frontline staff continue to prove health care to keep our community’s most vulnerable sound in both mind and body. To me, this is the holiday spirit put into action and I want nothing more this season than to ensure that these inspiring programs have the resources they need to shine as a beacon of hope.
I can’t wait to be able to visit and meet all the people at the center in person as soon as it’s safe to do so. Until that’s possible, on the behalf of the Feel Something Foundation, I’ve decided to directly support the Los Angeles LGBT Center with a donation gift that will support the most vulnerable during this holiday season.
So please join me in connecting with the brighter future by making a donation today. I can’t wait to get out there and meet these young people and hopefully connect them with all of you out there. Thank you so much and have a happy and safe holiday.”
