Adam Lambert, the current performing frontman of Queen and the multitalented musician, has recommended the brand new Netflix docudrama, ‘The Social Dilemma,’ calling it a monumental documentary.

One of the most sensitive people in the music industry about the social and political issues of the century, Adam Lambert has taken Instagram to suggest the much-praised 2020 documentary of Netflix.

As you may know, Lambert has been quite active on social media and hardworking on the projects to raise awareness about LGBTQ rights, gender problems, equality, and several more fields.

Recently, he has pointed out another massive problem of the society right now, the social media. Referring to ‘The Social Dilemma,’ Lambert said everyone should watch it, though he mentioned that it is ironic he’s sharing it on a social media platform again.

‘The Social Dilemma’ is directed by Jeff Orlowski and written by Orlowski, Davis Coombe, and Vickie Curtis. Released via Netflix on September 9, 2020, the film explores the rise of social media and the damage it has caused to society.

The documentary focuses on social media’s exploitation of its users for financial gain through surveillance capitalism and data mining, and how its design is meant to nurture addiction and impact mental health.

Here is what Adam Lambert said about the documentary film on his recent Instagram post:

This is a monumental documentary. Please everyone watch. Netflix. (Ironic I’m sharing it here haha).”
