Adam Lambert, who is the current live vocalist of Queen, saddened the fans by making a new announcement about his upcoming show via his official Instagram account and revealed his feelings with the fans.
As you might already know, Adam released a new solo album named ‘Velvet’ on March 20, 2020, and dominated the scene. Afterward, he announced the dates of his tour, which he was going to perform the songs from Velvet.
However, due to the coronavirus outbreak, Adam had to follow the other bands and cancel his Europian tour through a further date. He stated that he is not able to reschedule them and apologized to the fans.
Here is the statement from Adam:
“Europe. I am so so sorry and completely heartbroken that we have to cancel the upcoming Velvet tour in September. I have been so excited to play the new album to you guys – I know we all wanna dance right now!
However, due to what’s best for our health and safety, alongside the Covid-19 government guidelines across the continent, this has become the only option. With a handful of other commitments scheduled, I am sad to say that I won’t be able to reschedule these shows.
If you are not contacted by your ticket agency within the next month, please go back to your original point of purchase. Stay safe, look after each other and I hope you see you all real soon.”
A fan named Sabrina added this comment:
