Queen‘s iconic frontman Adam Lambert posted a picture on Instagram to point out an important problem of the LGBTQ community members during the recent demonstrations.
While the protests against racial discrimination and police brutality had been vigorously continuing, many musicians and celebrities showed their support on social media platforms. From the first day, Adam Lambert has been supporting the cause both on social media and in real life.
On his recent Instagram post, Adam pointed out a neglected issue regarding the LGBTQ community. He announced that his foundation called ‘Feel Something Foundation‘ would be donating money to ‘LGBTQ Freedom Fund‘ to pay the bails for LGBTQ members arrested during the protests.
‘Feel Something Foundation’ is a non-profit organization launched by Adam Lambert to support LGTBQ+ human rights. With this donation, Adam aimed to secure the safety of LGBTQ people in case of their arrests by the police during the demonstrations.
On the caption of his Instagram post, Adam Lambert stated:
“My foundation has made a sizable donation to the Black-Led organization in order to assist and protect members of the community who have been arrested during these peaceful protests. #blacklivesmatter #pride visit lgbtqfund.org for more info.“
