Queen‘s current frontman Adam Lambert posted a photo of himself on Instagram with a shining costume on stage and gave the news of his recent collaboration to celebrate the Pride 2020.
As you might know, due to the coronavirus pandemic, NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio announced that the city would cancel all the events in the city for next month, including New York City Pride March. The LGBTQ community was furious about the cancellation of Pride for the first time in nearly half a century.
A few days ago, Procter & Gamble and iHeartRadio announced a collaboration called ‘Can’t Cancel Pride: Helping LGBTQ+ People in Need‘ to celebrate the canceled Pride with the participation of many musicians and celebrities, such as Katy Perry, Ricky Martin, Sia, and Adam Lambert.
Recently, Queen‘s talented vocalist Adam posted a picture on Instagram showing his shinny outfit on the stage and proved he was the biggest musical icon of LGBTQ people. On the caption, he also announced his participation in the ‘Can’t Cancel Pride‘ project. The project mainly aimed to help people in need within the LGBTQ+ community.
On the caption of his Instagram post, Adam invited all of his fans to join celebrating the canceled Pride together:
“Looking forward to sharing a special performance of Roses with you tonight at the iHeartRadio #CantCancelPride event!”
