Alice Cooper shared a post on his official Instagram page announcing his come back and the official dates for his upcoming North America tour promoting his latest album Detroit Stories. Released on February 26th, 2021, Detroit Stories includes 13 new songs from the legendary rock star. Detroit Stories is Cooper’s twenty-first studio album after Paranormal.

As many of you can remember, before Detroit Stories, Cooper had released his latest album Paranormal in the Summer of 2017. Being his twentieth solo album, Paranormal included 18 new songs. The album was successful on many of the charts all around the world. The album took first place on Top Hard Rock Albums in the US.

Cooper states that the album was finished before the pandemic but he was not able to release it because no one was working. Moreover, the shock-rocker expresses his feelings about the new album as a salute to his hometown. Cooper mashes his storytelling skills with his lyrics with songs like Wonderful World and Independence Dave.

In his post, he also revealed that the legendary former guitarist of the band KISS, Ace Frehley will be joining Alice Cooper as the special guest for his North America tour. The tour will be starting on September 17th in Atlantic City, New Jersey, and will be over on October 26th in Atlanta.

Here is what Alice wrote in his latest Instagram post:
