Alice Cooper talked about the details of his Social Debris song from the Detroit Stories and shared it on his official Twitter account.

Detroit Stories is one of the most successful albums of Alice Cooper that released in February 2021, and it is the first album that peaked at the top of the charts in the last twenty-nine years.

During the conversation, Alice mentioned that he wanted to express his feelings about being the Alice Cooper band in the Social Debris song and claimed that they were doing no other band ever did.

According to Alice, they were outsiders because they didn’t fit within the metal scene, folk scene, or anything that was going on at the time. In this way, Alice showed how a unique band they are.

Here is what Alice Cooper wrote:

“The Alice Cooper Band didn’t fit in with anybody. Because we were doing things that no other band did. We just always felt like outsiders.”
