The fans of the legendary heavy metal musician, Alice Cooper, has reacted to the political statement of Twisted Sister frontman Dee Snider about him and fueled a debate targetting Snider on Twitter lately.

One of the musical news sources, Tone Deaf, has come up with an article mentioning an interview of Alice Cooper in 2018, in which he says the politics and rock ‘n’ roll shouldn’t be mixed. The reactions he drew at this time, especially from Dee Snider, are also included in the article.

Responding to the news, Dee Snider said that was an old quote of him and wondered if Cooper has changed his mind. He asked Alice Cooper on Twitter if he still feels the same way in the current political climate.

Before even Cooper has said a word about the issue, some of the triggered fans of him got involved in the discussion. A fan of Cooper, whose name is David, said to Dee to sit down while calling Alice the man. Snider responded to this disrespectful tweet by saying no one is right all the time.

Another mad fan, whose nickname is Heepster, said Alice is still cool and Dee was used to be. Snider reacted to this weird comment and called this Twitter user the cool one, asking him what’s the latest with all those 70s bands he follows.

Here is what was said in the tweet of Tone Deaf Dee Snider responded:

“Dee Snider has let rip at Alice Cooper for saying you shouldn’t ‘mix politics and rock ‘n’ roll.'”

Snider answered as:

I’m told that’s an old quote. I would love to know if Alice Cooper still feels the same way in the current political climate?”

A fan of Alice Cooper, whose name is David, said to Dee:

“Alice Cooper is the man, sit down Dee.”

Dee Snider responded as:

“Why? Because I disagree? No one is right all the time. For example you… now.”

Another fan of Cooper said to Snider:

“Man, you used to be cool…… Alice still is.”

Dee Snider reacted as:

“Well as you are the last word in what is cool I guess I must accept my uncool designation. So tell me oh cool one, what’s the latest with all those 70s bands you follow? Just wondering….”
