The founder and lead guitarist of Alice in Chains, Jerry Cantrell has shared some pictures he took while enjoying the moments of solitude in nature without the mask on.

Cantrell has posted the pictures he took when he was hiking and encouraged his fans to do the same to let it all hang out. He said that in the caption that to get out of your head, you need to get outside.

Although it seems a little bit risky for the people who do not live near such quiet and isolated places as Cantrell photographed, he has urged his followers to get out of the distressed mental state.

The musician, through the enviably beautiful pictures he posted, showed a sensible way to avoid the paranoid that coronavirus has created.

Here is what Cantrell said on his latest Instagram post:

“Get out of your head… Get outside. Me to me.
