On Instagram, the legendary guitarist of Anthrax, Scott Ian posted the photo of Power Trip frontman Riley Gale who passed away at the age of 34 and mourned after his sudden death.

On August 26, 2020, American thrash metal band Power Trip announced that the band’s singer and co-founder Riley Gale sadly passed away at the age of 34. The cause of his death hasn’t been revealed yet. In the statement they posted on Facebook, Power Trip members bid farewell to the beloved member of the band by saying:

“It is with the greatest of sadness we must announce that our lead singer and brother Riley Gale passed away last night. Riley was a friend, a brother, a son. Riley was both a larger than a live rock star and a humble and giving friend. He touched so many lives through his lyrics and through his huge heart.

He treated everyone he met as a friend and he always took care of his friends. We will celebrate Riley’s life and never forget the great works of music, charity, and love that he left behind. You, the fans, meant so much to him, please know how special you are. If you have a memory of Riley please share it, no matter how small, as we remember him.”

Anthrax guitarist Scott Ian posted the photo of Riley Gale today and reacted to the news of his tragic death. On the caption of his post, Scott asserted that the terrible loss of Riley was a big shock to him and he sent his condolences to his family and the bandmates.
