One of the biggest fan pages of the iconic frontman of the Queen, Freddie Mercury shared a video of the legendary singer’s mother, Jer Bulsara, and her opinions about her son Freddie Mercury on their Instagram page.
Freddie Mercury‘s parents, Bomi and Jer Bulsara were from the Parsi community of western India. Freddy spent most of his childhood in India and later on, he and his family emigrated to England.
Jer Bulsara, his mother, revealed facts about Mercury‘s music journey before becoming worldwide famous during an old interview. Bulsara stated that Mercury was into singing at the age of four or five and before college, he would write his music and put it under his pillow and would not let anyone touch it.
Here is what Mercury‘s mother said about him:
“At the age of four or five, he wanted to say that he could sing and we used to take him to parties and he would say can I sing? so I would get chocolate as a prize.
He used to write all his music before going to college put it under the pillow and telling me not to remove any pieces of paper underneath…”
Bulsara, later on, revealed her wish about her son’s future profession and stated that she used to want Freddie to be a lawyer or an accountant or something like that, a desk job that is safe and steady.
