The lead guitarist of the legendary band Queen, Brian May celebrated his 73rd birthday today, but he says he feels more like a man at the age of 37 on the caption of the post he’s shared.

The British musician May shared a lovely picture with his wife Anita Dobson on Instagram. Looking fancy, May revealed that they dressed up to have a party at home for his birthday. He also conveyed endless thanks to his fans who support him all the way.

As you might recall, Brian May had a small heart attack in May 2020. He implied the incident by saying that he had some setbacks, yet, soon he’ll be able to be more social again. He ended his words by calling himself the ‘birthday boy’ who turned 37 today.

Here is what May said on his Instagram post:

“Birthday dinner for me – created by Anita – we dressed up to stay home! Thanks, dear folks for all your wonderful messages for my birthday. I’m completely overwhelmed with your kindness.

I haven’t been in a very fit state to post on Instagram recently – I had some set-backs – but hopefully soon I’ll be able to be social again. And I’ll explain my further adventures.

I’ve seen your amazing videos, guys – and got very emotional. Thanks for the love. I’m – in the words of Cottonwood de Tucson – Happy, Grateful and Blessed. Cheers from Birthday Boy Bri (37 today).”
