Queen icon Brian May posted a photo with the band’s drummer Roger Taylor on Instagram and celebrated his 71st birthday with a lovely message which made the fans emotional.

Queen’s talented drummer Roger Taylor was born on July 26, 1949. Taylor and Brian May first met in 1968 and played together in a band named Smile. In 1969, while Roger Taylor and Freddie Mercury were working together at a market, Freddie convinced them to continue playing and joined Smile. Later, they changed the name of the band to Queen.

Recently, the iconic lead guitarist of Queen, Brian May, posted a photo with Roger Taylor on stage on his Instagram account to celebrate his dear bandmate’s 71st birthday. On the caption of his post, Brian May wished Roger a happy birthday calling him as his ‘young bro.’
