Korn’s Brian ‘Head’ Welch responded to the questions about Munky’s replacement via his official Instagram account.

Last month, it was announced that the frontman of Korn, Jonathan Davis, tested positive for novel coronavirus. However, he returned to the stage last week and met their devoted fans once again. Just some hours ago, the nu-metal band revealed that their guitarist Munky also tested positive for COVID-19.

Korn stated that even though Munky feels great, he will be missing some of the dates as the band will continue touring while waiting for Munky to recover. After the announcement, Korn fans wondered who will replace Munky for the shows he will be missing, but there was no official announcement by neither Korn nor the band members.

However, Brian Welch finally ended all the speculations by mocking the people who asked about how will replace the guitarist and revealed that the band will continue touring with a single guitarist. The fact that the band didn’t make any postponement announcements about the concerts reflects that they will continue touring without any new guitar player.

Swipe for Korn fill-in guitar player, Gary.”
