Anthrax drummer Charlie Benante explained the problem of spending every day with his girlfriend, Butcher Babies vocalist Carla Harvey, during a recent appearance on Audio Ink Radio.
In the conversation, Charlie talked about how the couple first met each other and revealed how Carla turned down his offer to hang out in the first place. According to Charlie, she accepted his offer after he asked her out again.
Furthermore, Charlie was asked if it’s helpful to being someone in the same business, however, he doesn’t really know the answer because of the coronavirus outbreak and the restrictions.
According to Charlie, it would be really hard to get back on the road once again because they are spending every day together in the house. But, Charlie mentioned that everything should be great together whenever they see each other.

“Do you think that being with someone in the business helps? Like in a relationship when you’re in a band like Anthrax or Butcher Babies?”
Here is what Charlie Benante said:
“I don’t know if it helps. Because of the Covid thing we got to spend every single day and moment together. And then once we go back on tour, it may be a little difficult because of the schedules and stuff like that.
So that part may be the unnatural part but I guess when we do see each other, it’ll be really good.”
