Slipknot and Stone Sour frontman Corey Taylor unveiled the release date of his solo project by sharing a new post on his official Instagram account and excited his followers with this news.
As you might remember, Corey revealed a month ago that he is working on his solo album during the coronavirus outbreak, and he recorded around 25 songs less than three weeks. Also, he stated that there will be acoustic versions of these songs in the album.
About a week ago, Corey teased a new video from the backstage of one of the newest songs, and he also censored the name of the song during the video to make everybody more hype than ever for his debut song.
Today, Corey made everybody excited by saying that the newest song from his upcoming solo album will be releasing on July 29, 2020. Also, Corey asked if they are ready for this song or not and proved that it will be a powerful song to listen to.
Additionally, Corey used CMFT hashtag a lot during these times, which means Corey Mother F*cking Taylor, and it is also used on the background of the music video. Because of that, it could be the name of the song or the album.
Here is what Corey Taylor captioned:
“Are You Ready? New Music July 29.”
