Slipknot and Stone Sour frontman Corey Taylor revealed his feelings about the upcoming solo tour by sharing a new post on his official Instagram account.
As you might remember, the coronavirus outbreak forced musicians and bands to postpone their events, and lots of them pursued making solo projects or recordings during this time.
Corey Taylor also released his debut solo album named CMFT in October 2020. The album has a total of thirteen songs and has five singles. Also, the album reached number 44 on US Billboard 200 charts.
Following the release of this album, Corey announced his solo tour to promote this album and revealed that his wife Alice Taylor’s dance band Cherry Bombs will appear during the shows. Just three days before the first live show, Corey wanted to show his feelings to the fans and said that he can not wait to get back on the road once again after almost two years.
Here is what Corey Taylor said:
“Can’t wait to get back out on the road. The CMFTour with Cherry Bombs kicks off this Monday, May 17 in Tempe, AZ!
Limited tickets still available. Head over to thecoreytaylor.com to grab them before they’re gone.”
