Dave Mustaine shared the video of Megadeth’s new album’s ‘last vocal take‘ on his Instagram account and excited his fans, who asked the band to release the record as soon as possible.

Active since its formation in 1983, Megadeth has sold 38 million records worldwide and released fifteen studio albums up to this day. The band has also earned platinum certification for six of them in the US and received twelve Grammy nominations.

Currently, the legendary heavy metal band is working on producing new music for their devoted fanbase. In mid-2020, Megadeth entered the studio after a break to record a new album. On January 9, 2021, Dave Mustaine revealed that the new record will be titled ‘The Sick, The Dying And The Dead.’

As the album comes closer to completion, Dave Mustaine shared the last vocal take of the record on his Instagram account. In the video, Mustaine appears to be in the vocal booth and singing the lyrics ‘It’s the end of the line for you.’

Dave Mustaine’s Instagram post read:

“Last vocal take of the album. Are you ready?”

Although ‘The Sick, The Dying And The Dead’s release date has not been announced yet, it appears that the album is almost complete. As Megadeth parted ways with Ellefson, the fans are also curious to find out about Megadeth’s new mysterious bassist, who recorded the album’s bass tracks.
