The co-founder and co-lead vocalist of Crosby, Stills & Nash, and The Byrds, David Crosby has given a major update on his forthcoming album, which is titled ‘For Free,’ while claiming that it’s a complete stunner.

The veteran rocker and quite active social media personality, David Crosby, has recently given the highly-anticipated news to his fans on Twitter. When he was asked about the details on his new album, Crosby revealed the fact that the record is actually finished.

While unveiling the title of his new musical project, Crosby said his record company, BMG, states that David Crosby’s new studio album will be out in May 2021. When it comes to his ideas about the album, Crosby said, he’ll wait for his fans to listen to it, but, he thinks it’s a complete stunner.

As you may recall, David Crosby has lastly appeared in the music industry with his 2018 album, ‘Here If You Listen.’ The record, released by BMG Music and featured Crosby’s quartet known as The Lighthouse Band, originated on the musician’s ‘Lighthouse’ album.

“Hey, Croz. It’s been a while since I read an update on the record you are making with James… How’s it coming along? Have you decided on a title? I’m hoping this will be spinning on my turntable soon & get us off to a great start in 2021!

Crosby responded as:

“Thanks for asking. The new record is in fact finished. It’s called ‘For Free.’ BMG my record company says looks like May. I think it’s…. well… I’ll wait for you to say… but I think it’s a complete stunner.”
