The founding member and co-lead vocalist of Crosby, Stills & Nash, and Byrds, David Crosby, recently responded to a fan’s question on his Twitter account and revealed that he feels very hopeful about Taylor Swift’s future music career.

As you know, David Crosby is one of the rockstars who are the most active on social media. He often enjoys using his Twitter account to express his views on social and political matters, share his thoughts on rock music, tell interesting stories from years ago, and interact with his fans.

Crosby really likes to respond to his fans’ questions as a means of staying in touch and communicating with them. Recently, one of his followers asked him what he really thinks about Taylor Swift, which was a very interesting question, as Swift is known for her successful career primarily in pop music.

Taylor Swift is one of the most prominent figures of this century’s pop music and she has a great fan base. She has won 10 Grammy Awards, an Emmy, 32 American Music Awards, ranked No. 8 on Billboard’s ‘Greatest of All Time Artists‘ chart, and her songwriting skills were praised in Rolling Stone’s ‘100 Greatest Songwriters of All Time’ list.

In the past years, her music genre has shifted from pop to country, which surprised her devoted fans but also attracted new fans to her music. Knowing this, a follower asked Crosby what he thinks of Swift, to which Crosby responded by saying that she’s turning out better than he expected and said that in the past years she has given him the hope that ‘theres somebody home in there.’

Here’s what a follower asked him:

“David Crosby, any opinion on Taylor Swift?”

To which Crosby responded:

“She’s turning out better than I thought she would… I believe there’s somebody home in there.”
