The iconic vocalist and co-founder of The Byrds and Crosby, Stills & Nash, David Crosby posted a tweet about his abilities to foresee the future and gave a solid example of how he did it.

As you may know, the 79-years-old rock musician David Crosby has been using his Twitter account quite actively to share his personal opinions on certain social and political issues as well as the other musicians and bands.

Recently on Twitter, Crosby shared a tweet about his song titled ‘They Want It All‘ and claimed he actually foresaw the political and social problems we faced today.

Back in 2004, David Crosby and Graham Nash released a double album named ‘Crosby & Nash‘ which turned out to be the final album of original material by Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young. The song ‘They Want It All’ was also released within the album which earned a huge success.

According to Crosby’s recent claims, he actually managed to describe what had been happening in today’s world considering all the social and political problems we had to struggle with.

Here’s is a part of David’s song which he referred to as a foreshadowing:

“They want that mansion and they want it full
Of wine and women and political pull
They always have a President or two
That’s how they get away with what they do
That’s how they do it”

Here’s what David Crosby stated in his latest tweet:

“Check out the lyrics to They Want It All……I think I pretty much nailed it for describing what’s going on right now right here.”
