David Crosby, a founding member of both the Byrds and Crosby, Stills & Nash alongside his successful solo career, shared a post on his official Twitter page responding a fan’s question once again after three years.

David Crosby often uses his social media accounts, especially Twitter, in order to respond to fans’ questions. Three years ago, a fan posted a video of his 15-year-old son playing guitar and asked about Crosby’s opinion. While fans mostly don’t get a reply on social media, since Crosby is thoughtful about his fans, answered this question.

Here is what the fan asked:

“Hello, David. What do you think of my son’s guitar playing? He’s 15 and self-taught.”

Crosby replied:

“Good Start.”

After 3 years, the same fan posted another video of his son and asked for Crosby’s feedback once again. This time the fan wanted Crosby to see the progress of his son and stated that he was kind enough to respond so he gave it another go.

Here is what the fan said after three years:

“Hello, David. Three years ago I sent you a video of my son playing guitar and you were kind enough to respond. Thought I’d send you this video so you can see his progress. Your feedback very much appreciated.”

Crosby once again replied:

“You are becoming a fine player …. And this is is the only way to do it …. Play … Endlessly …. Keep playing.”

Fans loved seeing the interactions between Crosby and his fan after three years, and once again Crosby showed his thoughtfulness about his fans. He cares about his fans and lets them know that they will be answered, and be seen on his social media accounts.
