The founder of the Byrds and Crosby, Stills & Nash, and also an active social media personality, David Crosby, has made a quick Q&A on his official Twitter account as always to enlighten his fan community.

This time, one of David Crosby’s fans asked if David has ever smoked joint with Ramblin’ Jack Elliott who is a retired folk music star that was born in New York. He had almost 60 years of career and quit making music back in 2009.

While stating that he had never smoked weed with Ramblin’ Jack, David confessed an unknown truth about their relationship. As David says, he had affair with Ramblin’s girlfriend and after finding out the truth, he said Elliot said he would kill Crosby if he ever saw him.

After sharing the question, the owner of the original tweet has chosen to delete what he wrote because of a spelling error. Later on, the follower of Crosby has posted the tweet yet again and showed what was written on the original post to enlighten the followers.

Here is what’s written on the first tweet:

“This was my question: I smoked a J with Ramblin’ Jack Elliot. Have you?

I deleted and spelled “Elliot” with two ll’s rather than one.”

David Crosby responded and wrote this:

“No, but I remember his girlfriend quite well

I believe he said he was going to kill me… Ah well…”
