On Instagram, Pink Floyd icon David Gilmour‘s wife and author Polly Samson posted a picture of an article about her recent work contributed by David and appreciated his fascinating musical talent.

As you might remember, David Gilmour’s wife Polly Samson released her fifth novel ‘A Theatre for Dreamers‘ which tells the story of an artistic community on a Greek island in the 1960s.

Furthermore, the audiobook of Polly’s novel was recently released on June 25, 2020. David was both the producer and narrator of the original actor of the audiobook. His latest song ‘Yes, I Have Ghosts‘ was also released as a part of the project.

Recently on Instagram, Polly Samson posted a picture of The Times article about ‘A Theatre For Dreamers’ audiobook release. Polly expressed how much she impressed by David’s abilities as a producer and thanked him for his amazing work during the production of her novel’s audiobook.

Here’s what Polly Samson stated on the caption of her Instagram post:

Amazing to see The Times’ coverage for today’s A Theatre For Dreamers audiobook release. I’m so grateful to David Gilmour for being such a kind producer and helping me correct the first recording, where I had Leonard coming over a bit Eeyore and George Johnston like Sir Les Paterson. You can get the audiobook via the link in my bio.
