The iconic Van Halen frontman David Lee Roth shared another rarely seen photo with his dear bandmate Eddie Van Halen and inserted the picture on the header of his Twitter account.
Since the last couple of days, the rock music community has been mourning after the loss of the guitar legend, Eddie Van Halen. Eddie’s son and the current bassist of Van Halen, Wolfgang, shared the devastating news of his father’s death with a statement he posted on social media platforms.
Wolfgang announced that his father, Eddie, lost his long and severe battle with cancer and passed away on October 6, 2020, at the age of 65. Many musicians and celebrities took their social media accounts to pay tribute to the guitar master.
Van Halen’s lead singer and Eddie’s longtime friend, David Lee Roth posted several pictures with his dear bandmate to commemorate him and his peerless talent. A few days ago, Roth posted a rarely seen picture with Eddie on Twitter and recalled all the achievements they conducted together by saying it was a ‘long and great’ trip.
Although it was his birthday on October 10th, David preferred not to share anything related to the occasion, instead, he posted another black and white picture with Eddie without writing anything on the caption.
Furthermore, David inserted the latest photo of himself with Eddie Van Halen on the header of his official Twitter account. Roth’s recent posts were considered as an indication of the fact that he wasn’t over the tragic death of his beloved friend.
