Van Halen’s current frontman David Lee Roth had a new interview with ‘Las Vegas Review-Journal’ and made a crucial confession about the current health status of Eddie Van Halen.

While the whole community is still making rumors about if Eddie is okay or not, David Lee Roth admitted that Eddie is not doing well these days.

Eddie also shared the latest details about why he decided to make a solo tour without any Van Halen members.

Here is what David Lee told Jason Bracelin:

“Ed (Van Halen)’s not doing well, and singing and dancing is a perishable skill. If you have the capacity, it’s something that has to be used routinely, if not for the thrill of it and the magic of creating with other incandescent spirits.”

Eddie was asked how did he feel because of the opening date was being Elvis Presley’s birthday.

Here is his answer:

“Boy, that took a little wheeling and dealing. That will require a moment of respect, possibly a moment and a half.”
