The rock journalist and host of Rock Talk, Mitch Lafon reported that David Lee Roth will be the opening act of the KISS’ final tour, ‘End Of The Road.’
It seems that Van Halen singer David Lee Roth will be on the opening stage with KISS on the next leg of the band’s upcoming tour.
This leg of the tour begins February 1, 2020, at the SNHU Arena in Manchester, N.H. The tour will end on March 15 at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum in Biloxi, Miss.
Here’s what Mitch Lafon tweeted:
“Sources are seemingly confirming that this is legitimate and that DAVID LEE ROTH will open the band’s summer US dates. Thanks to Live Nation for the tip.”
A Twitter user named SamSupey commented and wrote this:
“This is a really cool move. I’m sure Dave is not doing the winter tour, I think it’s probably too close to his Vegas residency dates. Late summer double bill of an hour of VH hits followed by a KISS concert is a nice way to spend an evening.”
Another fan named BobRomano61 said this:
“I love that. The final tour EVER… until someone comes up with a shitload of money. Save the backing tracks boys. Just in case.”
