Twisted Sister frontman Dee Snider criticized a Twitter user who only followed him and KISS icon, Paul Stanley, even though he previously promised not to despise accounts with few followers.
The legendary vocalist Dee Snider has been using his social media accounts to express his personal opinions on various social and political subjects. Dee also responds to the claims of his fellow musicians and fans often via his official Twitter account.
As you may recall, Twisted Sister singer asserted he wasn’t taking the comments from the accounts with few followers seriously. However, after the fans reacted against Dee’s attitude towards their comments, he admitted he took some ‘cheap shots’ about followers and apologized to people who were exposed to ‘follower shaming’ by him before.
However, recently, Dee Snider responded to a comment from a Twitter user nicknamed ‘Like It Is‘ who criticized Dee’s comment on President Trump. In his response, Snider stated that even though he promised not to despise people over the number of followers they had, he couldn’t take this guy seriously since he had zero followers and he was only following Paul Stanley and Dee.
Here’s what Dee Snider stated in his latest tweet:
“I know I promised not to follower shame, but come on! You have zero followers and are only following me and Paul Stanley. How do you expect me to take you seriously? #joke“
