Dee Snider, the iconic frontman of Twisted Sister, has reacted to the tweet of a Twitter user, who said he liked Dee better when he stuck to playing music and didn’t make political statements, and targetted Ted Nugent about his social media usage.
Snider has been showing his political stance while criticizing Donald Trump and the people who say they would vote to him in the upcoming election. As you may recall, he has argued with a Trump supporter and called Donald Trump as the king of bullies in the last days.
Continuing to respond to the tweets that criticize him since he expresses his thoughts lately, Dee reacted to a comment that implies he was more approachable when he was fighting to get AC/DC to play the Superbowl instead of arguing with his fans that vote and think differently to him.
Snider said to his follower who tweeted it that the side of people who think like that is loud and in everybody’s face. He wanted to point out that he has been reacted since he advocates what he thinks.
Dee asked his follower if he ever said to Ted Nugent, who frequently shares the statements that support the conservative party, that he should stick to talking about the bands and music only. Although Nugent was mentioned in the tweet, he didn’t involve in the argument.
Here is what the follower of Snider said about him:
“I liked him better when he was fighting to get AC/DC to play the Superbowl instead of fighting with his fans that vote and think differently to him. Makes it hard to remain a fan.”
Dee responded as:
“Well your side is loud and in everybody’s face, so I thought I’d join the party. If I was screaming for your side you’d be blowing so much smoke up my ass it would’t be funny. Instead I get the ol’ ‘stick to playing music.’ Do ya’ll say that to Ted Nugent?”
