Twisted Sister frontman Dee Snider shared a new post on his official Twitter account and revealed his answer to the question of who is the best guitarist, Eddie Van Halen or Randy Rhoads.

A Twitter account dedicated to rock and metal music posted a tweet asking their followers to choose the best guitar player of all time among Eddie Van Halen and Randy Rhoads. Dee Snider also responded to the quite difficult question on his official Twitter account.

In his response, Snider expressed his respect for both of the legendary guitarists and praise their talents. However, according to him, the best guitarist of all time was neither Eddie Van Halen nor Randy Rhoads.

As he mentioned he respected both of them and their music, the best guitar player was actually Leslie West, who sadly passed away a couple of days ago. In his tweet, Dee also mentioned that both Eddie and Randy were influenced by West and he was a hero for both.

While showing off his respect for these three legendary guitar players, he also paid his tribute to them. Snider prayed for their soul and showed how much he respects them in this way.
