One of the iconic bands in the United Kingdom, Def Leppard, has shared a new update about Mötley Crüe’s ‘The Stadium Tour,’ which they are also the headlining band besides Mötley Crüe, and explained the decision of the bands.

The bands like KISS, Alice Cooper, Pearl Jam, and Bon Jovi decided to postpone their tours and meetings due to the danger of the coronavirus. Currently, they are all waiting for this pandemic to end to meet their audience again as soon as possible.

After these cancellations from the bands, Mötley Crüe and Def Leppard stayed silent for a while. Almost two weeks ago, Mötley Crüe’s Instagram account admin announced that he doesn’t have the will to decide the future of the tour, and he is waiting for more information from the band members.

Today, Def Leppard stated that they are trying to be more thoughtful and responsible about the people’s health while making a decision for ‘The Stadium Tour.’ Also, they are planning to make an official announcement about the future of the tour by June 1, 2020.

Here is the statement from Def Leppard:

“We wanted to reach out to all of our amazing fans and let you know that we’ve been hard at work preparing an amazing show.

Our priority during this unprecedented time is to make sure that we are being as thoughtful and responsible as possible in the decisions we are making regarding the stadium tour and that we are putting the fans’ health, well being, and safety first and foremost.”

They added:

“We are currently weighing all options and are awaiting further direction from the powers that be. Our goal is to have an official update to everyone by June 1 outlining exactly how we will proceed. In the meantime, stay safe and healthy. We can’t wait to see you all again.”

A fan named Lindsie added this comment:

“Please… I beg you, do not cancel! 2020 has been rough and I’ve been looking forward to this concert for so long 💞”

Another fan named Ursula Guthrie said:

“I am grateful you are all safe and I am looking forward to rocking with you when we all get together again! ❤️🔥”
