The official and verified Instagram page of Def Leppard has posted a new photo of the co-lead bassist of the band Phil Collen and announced that he has signed and donated his ‘Jackson Pro Series Soloist’ to help exotic animals.
According to the caption of the post, Def Leppard star’s guitar is now on auction via eBay and the whole benefits of the auction will be donated to an Agua Dulce, California-based animal care foundation named Animal Tracks Inc.
Animal Tracks Inc. aims to take care of animals that cannot be released into the wild and according to the official website of the foundation, they are spending over $30.000 on animals’ food each year.
According to the caption of the post that Def Leppard shared, Animal Inc. has highly affected by the coronavirus outbreak and Phil will give the %100 percent of the proceeds to help exotic animals. The current bid is $2,852 right now and the auction will be finished on March 20.
