When Vince Neil announced his concert dates with his solo band, Mötley Crüe fans were very excited about listening to Mötley Crüe classics after years. However, Vince Neil and his solo band’s concert on May 29, 2021, at the Boone Iowa River Valley Festival was a complete disappointment for them.

Vince Neil was not doing great throughout the concert, but the peak was when he stopped singing in the middle of ‘Girls, Girls, Girls’ and left the stage, saying he lost his voice. After this disastrous concert, Vince Neil postponed his shows, and Mötley Crüe fans started questioning Neil’s ability to sing by writing very harsh comments on social media.

Mötley Crüe Fans Have Doubts About Vince Neil’s Performance

Even though both radio personality Eddie Trunk and former Van Halen frontman Sammy Hagar tried to convince the fans after Hagar and Neil’s benefit concert, Mötley Crüe’s longtime fans are still worried about his upcoming performance in the band’s 2022 Stadium Tour.

Most of the fans, who were in Neil’s recent Vetfest concert or watched the clips from it, shared their ideas about Neil’s vocal performance stating that he can’t sing anymore and he is out of shape while the others argued that Vince Neil is back and his voice is getting better and better in time.

Here’s what a fan wrote in the YouTube comments section:

“This is bad. He trying but man… He’s too fat and lacks stamina. He wants the audience to do his job. Get in shape Vince! Stop stealing ticket money.”

A fan responded:

He sounds better than he has since 2008!”

Another one added:

“How did Vince get fatter between his last concert and this one? He looks and sounds horrible!

Therefore, the Mötley Crüe frontman Vince Neil hasn’t been able to convince the majority of the fans who are very disappointed with his previous performance. However, some of them still believe that Neil will be as good as he was in Mötley Crüe’s upcoming tour.
