The wife of Eddie Van Halen and a professional dancer/wrestler, Janie Van Halen, has taken Twitter for the first time since giving the news about the devastating loss of her husband and revealed that she’s starting therapy to cope with Eddie’s death.

As you may remember, Janie Van Halen lastly appeared on social media one day after the legendary guitarist Eddie Van Halen passed away. On October 7th, Janie penned a heartbreaking letter, admitting she never knew it was possible to cry so many tears or feel such incredible sadness.

In her latest post, the beautiful dancer moved the fans of Eddie with a cute photo of her and Eddie’s feet taken while they were sitting on a beach. Months after the legend’s passing on Tuesday, October 6th, at the age of 65 due to cancer, Janie has spilled the accumulated sorrow within her soul, heart, and mind.

Janie Van Halen has recently pointed out the fact that sometimes the person perceived as the strongest is actually the weakest via Twitter. She unveiled that she’s been broken and lost for a long while, but eventually decided to take urgent help from a therapist.

While implying she has taken a big step to get the emotional support she needs, Janie indicated that she’s not ashamed for her brave action in the hashtags. She also said that she’s been trying to deal with too much for too long and suffering silently.

Here’s what Janie Van Halen said in her latest tweet:

“Sometimes the person perceived as the strongest is actually the weakest. Broken & lost but finally starting therapy today for the emotional support & help I need.”
