After announcing his return to the stages, Eric Clapton excited his followers once again by making a new announcement via his official Instagram account.
Eric Clapton is a self-titled debut studio album of the legendary guitarist, and it released in August 1970. The album has three singles, which are After Midnight, Blues Power, and Let It Rain.
The 35-minutes long album has a total of eleven songs. Additionally, it peaked number thirteen on US Billboard 200 weekly charts, and fourteen for the UK Albums weekly charts. Today, Eric Clapton revealed that he will be releasing a 4CD deluxe edition of this album on its anniversary, and he said that this special product will contain singles and session outtakes.

“Just announced! A new 4CD deluxe anniversary edition of Eric Clapton’s first solo album. Presented in three separate mixes – The Delaney Bramlett Mix, The Tom Dowd Mix (The UK Version), plus The Eric Clapton mix, which is being released in full for the first time.
This anniversary collection also includes singles and session outtakes and will be available on 20th August.”
