In her tweet, Ruth revealed she actually took a break from work for 8 years so that she could find more time to take care of her children. However, now as they started to go to school, she decided to go back to work which was a difficult and scary situation after a long time being away from the business.

Here’s what Ruth Clapton-Bartlett stated on her latest tweet:

“Applying for jobs and it’s so daunting when you’ve been out of work for like 8 years! Raising my kids has been the best though and I’m grateful. Just wish I’d made some time to focus on this bit of my life too so it wasn’t as scary to go back to.”
