Evanescence vocalist Amy Lee has shared a new photo on her official Instagram page and announced the release date of their new album, ‘The Bitter Truth.’
Amy jumped to her own Instagram account on Friday to share the statement from the band’s official page and announced that their new album will be released on March 24. But they will release one piece at a time from the album every week.
In the announcement, the 38-year-old singer said that the first song to be released is ‘Wasted On You.’ In addition, she will be performing to 50 fans during a Zoom video chat session on Thursday.

“We promised you a new album in 2020 and we won’t let anything stop us. We are proud to begin sharing our new album ‘The Bitter Truth’ with you, one piece at a time, starting with our first song ‘Wasted On You’ next Friday! We will choose 50 people who pre-save to get the first listen of ‘Wasted On You’ on a Zoom call with Amy Lee next Thursday! Pre-save link in bio.”
