Amy Lee, the co-founder and frontwoman of Evanescence, has expressed her excitement for her new collaboration with the British rock band, Bring Me the Horizon, for their upcoming fourth EP, ‘Post Human: Survival Horror.’
The iconic singer and a wondrous voice, Amy Lee has been coming up with brand new collaboration news one after another lately. As you might recall, she has last made a distinct song, named ‘Sakura Rising’ with the Wagakki Band, whose music mixes traditional Japanese instruments with the rock to create an epic fusion.
For the photoshoot of the song, Lee has posed with an extraordinary dress, a stunning kimono that was made out of about 5 different vintage kimonos. She has called this piece ‘Frankenmono,’ and thanked her friends that created this look, Sato and his dad Hiromasa, who lives in Matsumoto City, Japan.
Soon after the release of ‘Sakura Rising,’ Amy Lee has taken Instagram to announce that she has been included in yet another great project. Amy has unveiled that she made a song called, ‘One Day the Only Butterflies Left Will Be in Your Chest as You March Towards Your Death,’ with Bring Me the Horizon.
She said in her latest Instagram post that she cannot wait for this to come out and she is honored to be a part of this album, which she finds highly amazing. Bring Me the Horizon has announced in the previous days that their album is set to be released on 30 October 2020.
‘Post Human: Survival Horror‘ by the band was preceded by three singles, ‘Ludens,’ ‘Parasite Eve,’ and ‘Obey.’ The EP was produced by frontman Oliver Sykes, keyboardist Jordan Fish and, video game composer, Mick Gordon.
Here’s what Amy Lee said in her recent Instagram post:
“I cannot wait for this to come out. I love our collab so much. Honored to be a part of it, the whole album is 🔥🔥🔥.”
