As you might know, the famous rapper Kanye West announced that he was running for president in the 2020 US election with a tweet on his official Twitter account. He has been silent since the announcement which caused rumors of him dropping the race. However, West recently started his campaign with a rally in Charleston, South Carolina during which he broke down in tears. Kanye’s unusual statements continued on Twitter drew the reaction of many people.
Recently, former Dream Theater drummer Mike Portnoy shared a tweet about Kanye West’s statements on Twitter and claimed he might be having a meltdown. Mike also emphasized the weirdness of the situation by referring to the presidential campaign as a whole.
Here’s what Mike Portnoy stated on his Twitter account:
“Wow Just when I thought this couldn’t get any weirder… Kanye seems to be having a meltdown live on Twitter right now! #Kanye Am I living in the Twilight Zone…??”
However, while this news about him was written, Mike deleted his tweet about Kanye West. He didn’t make any further explanation about why he deleted his tweet soon after he shared.
