During a recent appearance on ‘SiriusXM,’ former Guns N’ Roses drummer Steven Adler talked about the reunion tour of Guns N’ Roses, and he stated how he’s feeling after sharing the stage with his former bandmates, Slash, Duff McKagan and Axl Rose.

Although the drummer didn’t take part in the ‘Not In This Lifetime’ tour in 2016, Adler rejoined Guns N’ Roses at several shows on the tour, including three stops on the U.S. leg and a concert in Argentina.

Steven Adler said that it was great to go back on stage with his former bandmates again.

Here’s what Adler stated:

“Like Freddie Mercury said, ‘One year of love is better than a lifetime alone,’ and I had five great years. And they let me go up and play a few shows, a couple of songs, and it was really awesome.

Just to be on stage with Slash and Duff [McKagan] and Axl [Rose] again. It’s not exactly what I wanted, but, like Freddie said, ‘One year of love is better than a lifetime alone.'”

Back in 2017, after Slash and Duff McKagan’s return to Guns N’ Roses, Steven Adler made a bold statement about why he didn’t appear in this reunion tour.

Steven Adler was a guest in the podcast ‘One On One With Mitch Lafon’ and explained why he could not find a place in Guns N’ Roses again. He said he never invited anyone.
