The former frontman of Mötley Crüe, John Corabi, is devastated after the death of ex-UFO guitarist Paul Chapman, who died on his 66th birthday, and shared his thoughts on his official Instagram account.

John prayed for Paul’s soul and mourned his legacy. Also, John stated that it was a great fortune to meet with Paul and said that he was a good-hearted man who passed away too early. Corabi also stated that he feels that it was such a fortune to meet that great talent before he died.

Here is what John Corabi wrote:

“R.I.P. Mr. Paul Chapman! Lovely gentleman and great guitar player!!! I had the great fortune of meeting him in Philadelphia, and L.A., and he was nothing short of amazing to a young dreamer! 66 is much too young!”

A fan named Carl added this comment:

Another fan named Kevin said:

“Oh no! More sad news after Steve Priest’s passing. 😞”
