In a recent episode of Trunk Nation, famous rock journalist Eddie Trunk has revealed how Guns N’ Roses frontman Axl Rose didn’t keep his promise.

He said that ‘he jabbed Axl a little bit because Axl promised him for an interview’. Here’s the statement:

“Happy birthday today to Axl Rose! There have been a lot of Guns N’ Roses related birthdays in the past couple of days. Duff [McKaggan]’s was yesterday and Axl’s is today.

If you follow me on Twitter, I jabbed Axl a little bit because he promised me an interview. Axl told me in my ear, I have a photo of him doing it that he was going to be joining AC/DC.

Axl told me not to say anything until goes public and he would give me the first interview. That was about three years ago and I’m still waiting. So, happy birthday Axl! I’m waiting for my interview you son of a bitch! Nah, I’m kidding.

I love the guy, I know the guy, he’s done TV and radio for me before. However, it’s taken about three years and counting for him to him to do this interview, that he has promised awhile ago.”
