Former Five Finger Death Punch lead guitarist Jason Hook showed off his newest guitar by sharing a new post on his official Instagram account.

As you might already know, Jason Hook appeared with the bands such as Vince Neil’s solo band, Alice Cooper, and more. In 2009, he joined Five Finger Death Punch by replacing Darrell Robers.

In the post, Jason shared a picture of this new Gibson guitar, which is a 1976 Explorer, and you can see that it was painted with full of brown color that makes it even more beautiful.

In the caption, Jason mentioned that there is nothing better than getting a brand new Gibson guitar and showed his gratitude for the brand by thanking people who made it possible. In this way, he also showed how a humble person he is.

Here is what Jason Hook said:

“New guitar day! There’s nothing better than getting a brand new Gibson.

Thank you to my new team at Gibson for this 2021 ‘76 reissue natural finish (fun fact, Gibson adds vanilla extract to the nitro cellulose lacquer to make the guitars smell like dessert!) I love it! Thanks.”
