Slayer and Exodus guitarist Gary Holt took his official Instagram account to share a new post announced their return to the stage as well as The Bay Strikes Back Tour.
The Bay Strikes Back Tour started in February 2020, featuring the thrash metal bands Testament, Exodus, and Death Angel. But the tour got canceled in March when they were playing in Europe due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Yesterday, Gary Holt confirmed that they will go back on the track once again and showed his excitement to be on the stage via social media. While Gary was saying that the tour will be epic, he also mentioned that Exodus won’t be playing at Danville VA and Las Vegas shows.
The North American leg of the tour will start on October 6 at San Luis Obispo and continue through the end of November in the United States. However, there are no dates announced in Canada right now.
Here is the announcement from Gary Holt:
“Yes! Tour time! Super excited to hit the stage again!! Bringing the Bay Strikes Back to our own shores! Going to be epic!
Note, Exodus are not playing the Danville VA show and Las Vegas as well. Bring it on!
