The former guitarist of Slayer who is also the current member of Exodus, Gary Holt, has posted a couple of new photos on his official Instagram page today and said farewell to his long-time buddy and also the bus driver of Slayer named Brian ‘Pig’ Caldwell.

According to the caption of the post, Brian Caldwell was the best guy on the earth for Gary himself and he feels regretful for him not having a chance to drive Exodus on tour. In the caption of the post, Gary also admitted that their long-time friend Janet Elizabeth was Brian’s crush for a very long time.

After Gary Holt sent his condolences with his emotional letter, over 20K people pushed the like button to send their condolences to Brian ‘Pig’ Cladwell including Metallica star Rob Trujillo’s son Tye Trujillo.

Here is what Gary Holt wrote:

“RIP my friend Brian ‘Pig’ Caldwell, our long-time bus driver for Slayer who lost his battle with brain cancer. The best guy on earth. Spent so many countless hours with him, talking about everything from NASCAR to metal, weird how when you are super close to someone, sometimes you don’t bother getting pictures with them. Regrets.

Seen here with the band, also with my wife Lisa and our best friend Janet Elizabeth, his crush. Love you brother, so happy we spoke as much as we did before the end. So sad, like you said, you never got the chance to drive Exodus on tour. My boys would have loved you.💔 I drink in your honor, my brother.”
