KISS icon Gene Simmons’ daughter and talented singer, Sophie Simmons, has shared a new video on her official Instagram accounts and showed off her gorgeous body with an ABS training session.
As you can see in the video, Sophie was training her ABS in the self-quarantine days and flaunted her perfect body with the sports outfit. Also, Sophie revealed this is how she is keeping her mental health safe.
